You can also book a hotel room without the allin package! The price for a room including breakfast is €90,- per night. This price is per room, it doesn’t matter if you book together with a roommate or not. The hotel is fully booked!
The Full Pass will give you entrance to the workshops, parties and competitions. The Event Pass will give you entrance to the parties and competitions. The Event Pass does not give entrance to the workshops.
*) The WCS Intensive by Thibault & Nicole can only be booked by participants with a full pass. For more information look at our Intensive page.
**) The Party pass will give you entrance to all the parties at our event.
It will not give you entrance at the competitions.
***) The Beginners Pass (Friday) is meant for WCS dancers that just started dancing West Coast Swing.
With this pass you will get 2 starter workshops and afterwards you can join the Friday party.
This makes it possible for WCS starters to experience how an WCS works.

A 2 night allin package consists of a full pass, hotel room for 2 nights and 2x breakfast, 1x lunch & 2x dinner.
Example: 2 night allin package Friday and Saturday

A 3 night allin package consists of a full pass (15 euro discount), hotel room for 3 nights and 3x breakfast, 2x lunch & 3x dinner.

A 4 night allin package consists of a full pass (15 euro discount), hotel room for 4 nights and 4x breakfast, 3x lunch & 4x dinner.
