Payment and cancellation policy

New payment and cancellation policy!
When you sign up for a pass, we expect to receive your payment within 14 days. If you can’t manage to make the payment in this period, we will put you back on the waiting list. The registration date will determine the pass price. For instance if you sign up for an early bird pass on September 30th, you have until October 14 to pay the early bird price. If you fail to pay within that period you are not any longer eligible for the early bird price.

If you have purchased a pass but cannot make it to the event you can sell your your pass to someone else. Leaders can only sell their pass to other leaders, followers, you can sell your pass to a leader or follower.

Refund policy for dancers who will register in 2023

• From February 14th – 28 february 50% refund
• No refunds after March 1st

This refund policy does not apply for dancers who registered before 31-12-2022
